I've found a few good links with good advice like drinking lots of water etc. but none mention anything about food intake. In theory I imagine it's good to eat easily digestible foods becuase you are giving a medium for that unwanted stuff in your bowels to get out. Any thoughts or comments?

there is no problem eating...
the only thing. is...

if you eat hard stuff.. then
you'll go to the bath every minute...
after 7 to 8 times in the toilet
when you clean your ass with the paper
then you'll hurt your ass... then next time
will be very difficult to clean it, it hurts a lot...

water is very usefull since you need to rehydrate yourself, also chicken soups are excellent since you need again some vitamins, if you need meat, try to get meat balls, pasta is excellent, avoid pork,, (anyways pork is very bad for your health)...

now, if you want to recover easily
try to eat 5 spoons of england salt, mixed with 2 galons of water, within 3 hours you're done...

Please NEWPORT is an expert here

If you are still HUNGRY and wanting to eat, but evertime you eat, your stomach then begins to crackle and 30 minutes later you are shitting your ass off. YOU HAVE FOOD POISONING.

If you are nto that hungry, and you want to stop the diahrea....EAT BANNANA'S

This really sucks, everyone is having a great time at the Rx Bash playing in a freeroll No Limit Hold'em tournament, getting to know each other, eating, drinking and being merry, and I'm sitting here alone and depressed with a fvcked up digestive system

I tried eating, but I ended up just vomiting it out, so it looks like I'll just have to go on a mini-fast until the roadblock is cleared.

I wish nobody, not even my worst enemies, has to suffer through this type of living hell. Always eat food which is either well cooked or else immaculately clean!!!!! Why didn't I just go to McDonald's like normal people!? ARRRRGGGGG!!!!!

Darryl, I experienced food poisoning for the first time about 4 years ago. My wife and I ate at The Outback and I got the rack oflamb, asked for it med rare, but it came on the rare side and I ate it anyway. Let me tell you I paid the price deearly! I spent atleast 8 hours on the toilet that day. I could not move, cold sweats, dehydrated, cramping, blood, it was not fun at all. Last resort I headed to the hospital and wouldn't you know it as soon as I get to the hospital I feel better and turn right around and go home
